We are a homeschooling family with two teenage boys. We are around much of the day, which means that there is usually someone around that can accept your packages. We are not inconsiderate neighbors and try to keep our family noises reasonable, but we are living our lives upstairs and we want our potential renters to be aware of our situation. Extra insulation has been installed between the main house and the apartment to keep noises to a minimum.
