Since Avenue5 has taken over Heritage at Draper, large improvements have been worked on such as:

Inside Apartment appearance with carpeting, new fixtures, and very clean to move into, attention to fixing problems that surface quickly...

Outside Apartment appearance is starting to look great, the pool area is clean, the pool is ready for opening, the hot tub is ready, the playground is ready for the children, the roads are starting to be cleaned and keep in a pleasant manner...

Overall,… Avenue5 has worked very hard to bring Heritage Apartments in Draper back up to a fine place to call home.

Management here is very professional, and genuine. Units are great because they include a washer/dryer. This place is very clean, no rats or roaches/infestation problems. Very quiet neighborhood.

Location! You are within 2-3 minutes of everything that you need.! Need entertainment, you can walk to the movies, bowling alley, water park, and Vasa! Restaurants are also close by! For older apartments, you just can't beat the location and the friendliness of the staff!
