I genuinely appreciate the office guys and maintenance guys here at avanti! They are all a pleasure to work with. We’ve had a few random things that needed fixing or touch ups and they never make me feel silly for asking for help or like my request is a waste of time. They’re all extremely patient and understanding and excellent at making sure I know the next steps moving forward in whatever situation. Honestly have really enjoyed staying at Avanti. There's a few reasons I continue to renew my lease and that's just the fact they are willing. Willing to come fix something that's broken and they are fast about, and willing to just put in effort into making every staff interaction a pleasant experience. I've never had a run in with the staff that wasn't pleasant. Rent is high but the value is there, eventually I'd like to rent a house for around the same price as an Avanti apartment but both my… wife and I struggle to want to leave the Farmington and community we're surrounded in at Avanti. Everyone loves my dog, people are friendly and mind their business. If I was single I'd probably never leave, I'd recommend them ALL DAY to a single or couple without a doubt. Overall just a great place to live.
