DO NOT DO IT!!!! once you move out they’ll charge you MORE than what you paid for your security deposit because of “pet” damage. When they aren’t even sure if it was from a dog or kid spilling water?! Or from a previous tenant. They lift up the carpet and look at the pad for “stains”. Alisha is unprofessional and rude. When you come to her with an issue she’ll laugh. We have lived here for two years. We moved the end of September because we do not like the parking situation and we feel like they... charge you for every single little thing. The way they charge water and sewer is by seeing how much is being used per family of let’s say 5 and then divide it up. So even if you hardly use water you’re still going to get charged a bit because someone in your building may be using more water. They also tac on a reality Fee? Whatever that is and an amenity fee. And they charge $99 for internet and cable which sucks usually. The pool is great in the mornings until about 6/7pm it starts to look gross from so many people swimming. The dog park is tiny but it’s something for dogs to run around with no leash. Garbage does not come on Holidays, Friday and Saturdays but you’ll still get charged $30 a month even if you would rather throw it in the dumpster. Taya has came in on her day off to make sure I had access to the activity center for a party which was appreciated! My biggest complaint is all the fees they charge for everything. Let me repeat THEY CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING!! And $30 for a parking stall. The previous owners were so much better! AMC is terrible and need to learn to train their staff better. DO NOT RENT HERE! We moved here this year and absolutely love it. Do not let anyone who posts reviews about the parking fool you. Everyone was made aware that carports were coming in. With rent being as reasonable as it is, $30 dollars for a covered spot near your apartment is beyond reasonable. There is plenty of carport space. The office staff is respectful and has never been anything but kind to us. The apartments for the price and location are huge. We lived in a different complex before this and would never... go back. Maintenance gets done in a timely and efficient manner. If you pay rent online there is a fee but it is only 2 dollars if connected to your bank account. I highly recommend these apartments. When Bach owned these apartments, it was great. I would have given them 5 stars. The new ownership is nothing like that. They started charging for anything they could. Most recently, they added covered parking, assigned unrealistic fees, and now most people park on the street to avoid it. Sad to see things go south.

My overall experience wasn't too bad when I showed up to look into this community, I was set on moving in and paid application fees and a reservation fee.

Received a call the next day an they requested and extra months rent due to not having 2 full years within 2 years of rental history! So just to move in already starts at $2400-3000 not even based on your credit at this point So of course I backed out and was asking for at least my reservation fee refunded ($200) because it was within a 24 hr... period.

Since they couldn't find a way to deny my application they couldn't refund the $200, (that was charged to my account a 8 days later) then they went on to offer two weeks off rent just to get me to commit!

Moral of the story is read the fine print because they will leave out information! And that to me is a red flag to begin with! Most places in the area have a 48hr refund policy on the reservation fee/admin fee and several brought up if I needed previous rental history or not! (I visited 5 other places who said they never heard of having such a policy)
