Bad Management

Apartment Managing Consultants took over and all they want is rent. They told us they would order airconditioners and they still have not provided them. Despite their advertisements stating they provide them. It's been 105 degrees plus. They don't answer the phone. They said on-site management, but that is not true. Only during business hours, not after hours. Water is also turned off regularly without notification. We regret signing a lease here.

Avoid this place

Youve been warned. AMC took over and appears to have made it worse. Disrespectful owners and managers expecting us to deal with the hot temperatures without maintenence and air. Unsafe structures. Smoking rules and drug use rules not enforced at all, leaving us to smell it constantly. No safe space for children and dogs running loose off leash, with owners not cleaning up after them. Poor to no lighting at night. No security. Drive through at night to get a clear picture of this place. You will… understand. We will not be renewing.
