You Get What You Pay For

The kitchens are tiny, with no room for a table to eat at. And they will fine you if you block the closet that holds the water heater and HVAC unit.

The owner is the real problem. He roars in and out in a sports car and has little concern for the safety of small children who might be playing outside. He thinks renters are the scum of the earth and it is evident in his interactions.

The manager spends most of her time trying to smooth over his treatment of the renters.

They don't maintain... the sidewalks when it snows, simply leave a shovel and snow melt outside each 4-plex.
