- No trailers, campers, boats, sports utility vehicles, etc. will be parked on the property. Vehicles may only be parked on the concrete driveway. The only vehicles allowed are personal automobiles (not commercial).
- Entire Property, including carport, is to be kept clear of clutter. No outside storage is allowed.
- Fenced areas are an active farm and ranch, and they (including their guests) are not permitted to stand on or enter fenced areas, or feed animals. Fenced areas are not part of the Property. Active farms require people maintaining fences, watering, farm-hands working on the farm sometimes day and night. Farm-hands may need to maintain fences and waterlines that pass through or are contingent with the farm and fences. No prior notice to Tenant is required regarding maintenance / installation of water for animals or fences.
