They are nice apartments if you are fine with your apartment burning down, in the short 6 months we've been here our stove exploded, and we found out our AC units cord was just taped together...... the first few months we were here they were on top of our maintenance requests but now they keep saying they will be here to fix stuff and never show up. I have dogs as well and the guy below won't stop accusing me of not picking up my dogs poop (i pick up every single time) when he just let's his dog… poop where ever (doesn't pick it up). The dog park reaks of ammonia due to the fact they use pebble rocks instead of grass. I was very happy with these apartments at first with how little they cost, but if you don't get a renovated apartment you are just asking for issues. I want able to use my main bathroom shower or tub for about 6 months (it was flushing up black water) they finally fixed it this past week. They said they have them professionally cleaned in between people, buy i don't belive that for a second the day we moved in i scrubbed the floors, counters, walls and everything came up with nasty black water. I think the people before us had a cat, any time we vacuum or carpet clean it reaks off cat urine. If you're wanting to move here please do more research. Read More

They get mad for asking for repairs. The maintenance people smell like marijuana/stink of it actually. They take months to fix one thing,we got a apt “ready to move in” pee stains,dirty bathrooms and literally someone was shot behind our unit and cops are there constantly

NO CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING

took several months to fix my shower, which was broken when we moved in. took 5 months to fix my dishwasher. the buildings are falling apart and management just slaps on some paint and calls it good

Love that it is close to everything. The new apartments are so nice. The kitchen island has lots of storage which is a plus
