Location is Great

The homes are pretty, but it was really the location that got me to sign a lease here. It’s close to the freeway but feels really tucked away and we like the historic part of Lehi a lot. Management has their issues but nothing out of the ordinary, just stuff that’s to be expected with places like this. We love having a garage and balcony which was hard to find in this area for a good price.

So much more for the $$

I’ve been looking for a place in Lehi after transferring here and this place has the most to offer for the price. The media package is less than the apartment I’m moving from and I’m definitely happy about that. Was worried about negative reviews from the past but as of September there is new management. Sounds like that happened to improve the experience. I’m excited. I’ll update more after move in.

Nightmare

DONT MOVE HERE! Me and my mom have had nothing but troubles with this place. They built them way too fast and the flooring is off and dings on a lot of things on first move in. The brand new oven was broken, and they finally came after trying to get ahold of them to put a new one in. The deadbolt bracket wasn't in the front door. Took forever to come replace that as well. I've called them maybe 10 times and never get a response
They never answer the phone and won't call you back. If they finally... do its months later. Worst management company I've ever dealt with. The vents were all covered in drywall and insulation and just crap from construction that they never bothered to clean up. The garbage trucks never come on the same day. The internet took forever to figure out and they forgot to turn it on for us. They keep canceling maintenance tickets whenever we needed then which is also why things took so long. The portal is always changing and being updated. They couldn't get our billing figured out with the "credit" we're supposed to get that goes towards our rent. It's just been a nightmare. Just cause it's new doesn't mean it's good. Don't move here

Poor Management

Extremely poor management and the townhomes are so cheaply built, everything is falling apart even after just a few months of living here. So many better options in this area.
