What This House Offers
This 4 bed 2.5 bath rambler has an amazing floorplan and sits on a .4 acre lot!! We love how the living room, family and kitchen are connected with some small... separation. There is also a bonus room up the stairs which makes for a fun game room. The location is fantastic. The neighborhood is full of new homes with nicely maintained yards with friendly neighbors. It is 3 minutes from the center of Logan but still quiet and peaceful. The lot is very spacious at .4 acres and has tons of grass for playing soccer or throwing a football. The large patio with a high roof line provides lots of shade in the afternoon and evening so you can enjoy the back yard.
