Son unos estafadores , es un lugar sucio , ruidoso , ratas muertas y gente con ratas en sus apartamentos, tarifas excesivas, cobros que no se justifican y más . Manténgase lejos de ellos .

Over 300 dollars just to submit an application is pretty ridiculous. 260$ as an admin fee is extortion. It takes a matter of minutes to run a background check and 55$ is already well above average for the cost of one. I'll give 2 stars just because the people in the main office seem very nice but I worry about all the added fees that a management company charging that amount will try to tack on.
