Worst place to live!!

This is the worst place to live in Middle city. There is a lot of crackheads that sleep behind the dumpsters They sleep inside the kids parks. Packages Go missing within the apartments or never get delivered. The security sucks at there job management is not as great either worst part of everything is the fees they charge you highly not recommend!!! Move in else where !!! MIDVALE WORST APARTMENTS!!!!

Long term resident

Friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance personnel are awesome. Management willing to work with residents. Older apartments but upgraded. Lots of trees. Animals welcome.

Absolutely love this place!

They have a new remodel apartment that I moved into and it is lovely! The design goes great with my modern furniture. They are always helpful when problems arise or if you just have questions. I definitely plan on being here a while!

Excellent place

I have been living here for 3 years and I am very comfortable. For me the staff is magnificent ... they know how to work very well ... the place I recommend is very quiet ... I live very comfortable in this place all the time I .lived who and needs to fix something they grab it very fast

Comfortable living

I have lived here for a year and a half and I enjoy the complex. It's a quiet place to live and is well maintained. Anytime I have had to place a service order the issue is taken care of very quickly. The office and maintenance are very friendly. I plan on staying here for a while
