This is such a bummer, it’s okay to live here unless you need help and that is when their true colors show. They do not take care of current tenants. It took them 28 days to respond to a maintenance request. Then they told me that they did not have what they need to fix it. I don’t know… maybe if maintenance arrives in a timely manner, the item could have been ordered by now.

o provide any details about how to access it. When I reached out and asked about it someone told me they would get back to me and no one ever did. I finally reached out again and asked how to access it and if they could refund me for the month that I’ve payed for it since they didn’t actually give me any way to access it. They said no and that the number I needed to call to set up my WiFi was in my lease (which I hadn’t looked at in the three months since I initially signed the lease renewal).... When I called the number for the WiFi I was told they had no record of WiFi at my apartment. It was only when I reached out again to the apartment complex (it had now been two months that I had been paying for WiFi without access to it) that they said I had to go into the Xfinity store and pick up the router. I then asked again if they would refund me the two months of WiFi that since I was not provided any instructions or access to the service that I was paying for and have yet to hear back. Also why am I paying the apartment for WiFi when I have to go pick it up and set it up myself? I’m now paying $60 per month when before I was paying $30 and I’m still doing everything myself.

Also, on Christmas Day last year my apartment bathroom flooded with sewage water which soaked into the hallway carpets (and was tracked across the rest of the apartment by the maintenance crew). While the apartment complex did replace my floors it took them almost two weeks, and in those two weeks I could not live there as that would have been a health hazard for both me and my cat. When I reached out to ask if I could be reimbursed for the nearly two weeks of rent the apartment manager said no because my apartment had been “habitable”. I don’t know whose definition of habitable includes sewage water being soaked into the carpet??? When I pushed back on that I was told that as the apartment complex had responded timely (they did not, I tried to call the emergency maintenance # on Christmas Day and they did not pick up, leading to my apartment flooding overnight), and stated as they replaced my floors they wouldn’t reimburse me. While again I am grateful they replaced my floors it does not change the fact that I could not live there for almost two weeks.

Anyway save yourself the hassle and do not live here. I will definitely not be renewing my lease (and none of what I’ve mentioned here even touches on how bad they are at responding timely to any non-emergency maintenance requests) Read More

I have lived here for less than a month. When I moved into my “renovated apartment” my air conditioner didn’t work (still doesn’t) the day I moved in it was over 80 degrees in here. My washer didn’t work. It’s almost impossible to get anyone to email you back. I never got a form to fill out about already broken things, I was never told how to pay my rent, I asked weeks ago where my parking spot is. I got a number and I’ve driven around the entire complex multiple times and I can’t see it... anywhere. Luckily there’s a lot of free spots by my place. The floor has a big dip in it and I’ve asked for my screen to be fixed and it’s still not. The swimming pool opened like the day after Memorial Day and then closed a couple days later and then opened again and is closed again. So the summer is in full swing and no pool. Stillwater continues to be a good place to live. We haven’t had any problems, and we love taking our son to the pond to see the ducks. Proximity to stores is also very convenient

Been pretty good so far. We love our cute little place. Something’s could be improved of course but over all we love where we live. Love living so central to everything
