Sun Chase

So I moved in there January 2017, and liked it. Any and all problems were fixed quickly. My Problem comes with leaving. I left August 29, but lease ended Sept. 4th, and gave 30 day notice before 30 days. They charge for things that I was told was not a problem by closing inspection people, small paint problems. (since that paint is super sticky my end table and couch pulled paint off when moved). The deep cleaning I did was ignored and charged for cleaning, even though I found stuff from the… people who lived there before me, so they don't clean well to start with. The real one that gets me is extra rent due, I payed in full for one more month of rent and then left 6 days early and they charged me $51 extra, for the last 2 days in August, when I was good till Sept. 4th.
So in the end good place but at the end they will take your deposit with little reason when you go to leave. Read More

I've lived at Sun Chase for about two years now, and not once have I had any issues. The property is clean & open and the management is very helpful & friendly. You can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining the property when they do things like repaving the entire parking lot & updating the laundry facility. With extra services like regular spring cleaning to maintain the outside of the buildings & complimentary pest control, you can tell that they really care about making the tenants… comfortable. The inside of my one bedroom unit has everything to keep me happy. Refrigerator/freezer, spacious pantry, disposal, & dishwasher. There's a wonderful walk-in closet with a nice little built in bookshelf. The heating & air keeps me comfortable no matter the time of year. These reviews were written by sunchase management to lure you into their over priced and out of date apartments. The comments below are really generic. Homeless people are always going through the trash cans. No family or friends are allowed to park within the apartment complex. They are forced to park outside on the side of the road or face being towed, which patrols regularily and look into your car to verify your parking permit. Out of date appliences and air conditioning that barely works.

I have lived at the Sun Chase Apartments for about a year now and I love it! It is my first apartment i've ever had on my own and I couldn't of picked a better place to live. I think the thing I love most about it, is how nice everyone is. Now a days I think that's hard to come by! I also love all the trees they have surrounding the apartments. It makes it that much more enjoyable to walk out of your apartment everyday. Not to mention the clean facilities they have to offer!
