Valencia Apartments
For 450 a month I get a decent sized 1bed/1 bathroom, kitchen-with dishwasher, and A/C. Along with that for an extra 25 I can park my car within a fenced parking area, and they also have a courtyard area for recreational use and pets. The only utilities the renter has to pay is gas and electricity.
For allowing pets, this is the best priced and best looking I've come across. However there is a ~300 deposit for a pet with a 25 monthly pet fee. The staff is friendly and helpful. For the most part... neighbors stay to themselves.
