How Is This Rating Determined?

Unethical

These apartments are owned by entities outside of utah who are aware that utah has no renter Protections. So they hide a lot of extra fees in their monthly bill, allocating all of their expenses like common space, etc. To you period. Then if you disagree with their charges that they invent upon checkout comma there's no recourse. There is no state of utah agency that will go to bat for you, and there is no corporate headquarters that will respond to your call. so be prepared to pay about a... hundred extra dollars a month in those kinds of fees and about two thousand extra dollars when you check out

We really love living at Canyon View! The staff here is exceptional and the apartments are spacious with great views of the surrounding mountains. Also convenient to have washers & dryers in the units, a pool with grilling stations, and a very clean gym! The grounds are kept up and they are always keeping everything spotless. We looked at a lot of apartments before moving into Canyon View and this one was the best on price based on what was offered and within walking distance of shopping,... restaurants, etc.

Nine years of living here has been a pleasant experience. The management team makes me feel important. The residents are friendly and helpful if needed. I researched many apartments before moving here in 2013 and I feel that I made a very good decision.
