Midtown 360

Their property management was so terrible to work with. Upon move out they charged us extra because we didn't email them to tell them we vacated the apartment. Even though we had already given our 60 day notice. We took videos of the apartment on the day of move out but they said that it wasn't legally enough for them to take the charge off of the bill. Their management has been totally unwilling to figure this out and has resorted to sending "out of office" replies. Do not live here.

Considering moving here… Don’t. The hidden fees and lack of transparent parking demarcations make it a terrible idea. Park in the back lot and risk being towed then having to eat the $300 parking fees. Even worse when you do move out… It’s almost impossible to get your deposit back. Hiring professional cleaners and steam cleaning the carpets doesn’t even guarantee you’ll get your money back. Overall poorly ran and the staff are rude at best

I've lived at Midtown 350 for almost 6 years now. I have nothing to complain about. They are very friendly in the front office - as are all the maintenance staff. I get very quick response to anything that I need in the way or repairs. I have a beautiful view, and they don't charge you extra for that like some places. The amenities here are fabulous. The clubhouse looks like something from a high-end facility. The roof top venue is really amazing and a great plus. And the work our room looks… like something from a regular size gym. Beautiful pool but I do feel that it is small for the size of the facility. It was fine when there were only 2 buildings but now there are 4. And the grounds are beautifully kept with flowers in the spring and summertime and lights at Christmas time. Underground safe parking. What is not to like? I plan on continuing to live here. I've been living in Midtown 360 for at least 5 years now, the treatment of the residents has greatly decreased in that space of time. The Office will not extend the courtesies of understanding, fairness, or charity to you. My recommendation is to be cautions in giving it to them. It is now no longer their policy to reciprocate.

There is a 3 day grace period for rent. The practice now is that rent must be paid during those 3 days regardless of whether the office is accessible or not, regardless… of whether they are closed for the weekend, and regardless of whether they are closed for a holiday during those 3 days. Also, the office does not care whether you know the amount you owe or not.

If you ask them for fair treatment they will talk down to you, tell you that you should have magically known how much money you needed to pay and 'why didn't you think to shove the check between the office doors and onto the floor' while they were closed. Then they will fine you the late fees anyway.
Charging you for more money and as much as they can is the only thing that matters to them. They see you as cattle to be milked and nothing more.

Sadly, it wasn't always like this, but it is now. My recommendation is to find an apartment that will treat you with the respect and dignity that you as a tenant deserve. Read More
