    Highly not recommend

Village On the Parkway is good at advertising and that’s it. They claim it’s a safe no alcohol no drugs clean environment that accepts ESA. And in the over a year that I’ve lived there is has been anything but. From them looking over my underage roommate throwing drink parties. To an other Roomate that made the apartment a health hazard to live in. In both situations I ended up having getting my property vandalized and stolen trying to live in the guide lines set by there lease. As well as, getting told I had to renew my lease to get my esa animal (which I had to get a doctors note for which makes it a source of medical treatment. That they refused to accept until I renewed my lease.) to getting o ending up in overdraft. Then getting told it was my fault and the money will get to me when it gets to me. Maintenance request like “the toilet won’t flush taking 3 months to fix.” They are happy to take your money and tell you they can’t inforce their own lease.
