A place like no other!

BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN OREM/PROVO BY FAR!!! Moving here was the best decision for me and here’s why! The living spaces are nice and the perfect setup for college living! The amenities are beyond anything else you’ll find anywhere else (giant flat-screen TV in the park, game rooms in every building, pools/hot tubs, pickleball, sand volleyball, basketball, etc)! The activities they throw every month really bring the place to life and are a great way to have fun and socialize! Don’t get me wrong,… there are definitely problems/inconveniences from time to time, but none that you won’t find at any other complex! Plus in my experience, management has been really good about addressing any problems that do come up! Overall, if you’re looking for the party school experience or wanna chill out and mind your business, Wolverine Crossing is the place for you! It’s definitely the best place to call home! Come live with us fr!

Disrespectful and expensive

I got a rat in my apartment and it took management two weeks before they tried anything! They didn’t act like they cared much when I spoke to them. There’s so much disrespect coming from management and there are too many ways they spring fees on you and the rent amounts are deceptive because they can change them whenever they want. They even sent out a technician to fix some things in my apartment, and when he said they were fine the apartment charged me for them all being broken. Very… unprofessional. Don’t like here unless you like to be disrespected and also to have the ac turned on you in the middle of the winter so management can save even more from you.

DO NOT LIVE HERE

literally THE WORST place to live in orem. I hope nobody lives here. I am allergic to cats and when my roomate brought home a cat, they wouldn't move me rooms, make her get rid of the cat or let me out of my lease. and it wasn't even a service animal or ESA. It was so miserable and unsafe to live there and management was so rude about it. They will do anything to get more money from you. one of the main reasons i lived here was for the pool which they wouldn't let us use without warning us… either. I wish there was a 0 star option

Buyer beware

Just after my son signed for another lease for one year and upgraded to a private room the people they put him with were kicked out and so was he and he did t do anything against the rules. I had to continue to pay for the lease anyway. For 11 months. Beware. They write there leases in their favor. Check out another place
First. Trust me. They are not fair.
