Shipping items back for lost items will incur a $20 service fee plus the cost of materials and shipping. If a member of the host's team is dispatched to assist with lockouts, a $75 service fee will be charged. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. A $50 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins.
