My apartment: The ups and downs

I really loved my apartment at first. Its a really pretty place great cealing light fixtures, granit counters in th kitchen and bathroom and suprising high cealings for a bottom floor apartment.

There were a few problems that we found shortly after we had moved in. The carpets really need replaced in thr hallway and living room, as they are pulling up and folding. The cubbords in the kitchen are scratched up from a dog the previous tenants had and plumbing is desperatly needed. When we take a… shower the tub fills like were trying to take a bath. I want to get these small issues fixed but its hard to find the money because Im paying $1150 a month for rent and being a young mom working full time while my fiance works part time and is currently working on gettimg a PHD in Forensics Science, its hard to find the extra money for anything. Im hoping by entering this contest I could win anf fix up my aprtment and save money for my daughter to go to college.

I love and hate where I Live ... Great area! Great roommates! Okay landlord.... Terrible HOA! We have had an infestation of huge spiders for over a month and they keep saying they will do something and they don't... It's getting so bad that they are almost building webs in our apartments. They build their webs over our doors while we sleep. It's so.gross! And they keep multiplying by the day. There are 12 spiders right outside my door alone! 10-15 on the railings. And more!
