I think they should give plenty of notice on when they close the office if people need to pay their rent other than online or any other issue. There have been a few times I have called and I know the office gets busy but I live five seconds away from the office and I would walk in and a lot of the office staff is sitting around just not answering the phone just saying.

I just moved in and so far, the experience has been great! Everyone of the staff from the office to the maintenance crew is courteous and helpful. The neighbors are wonderful so far as well!
