Campus Villa is a great place for a group of friends looking to live together--in groups as large as 4 or 6. Perfect 3-bedroom, 2-bath OR 2-bedroom 1-bath located just off Freedom Boulevard. Campus Villa is 3 blocks from BYU's lower campus and only a 3 minute walk to a bus stop. Close to Macey's, Smith's, and behind the WCSB (old Provo High School).

All rooms are shared rooms. Each tenant has access to a large, secured unit storage space in the basement. Basement also includes a large rec room with a flat screen TV, pool table, foosball table, and several couches. Walls in the units are thick so you won't hear neighbors, and each unit has their own washer/dryer.

Year contracts run through August 2026. The deposit is equal to two times the monthly rent rate up to $1000. Total rent owed is divided into 12 equal payments due on the first of each month. Utilities are fixed at $65 for gas, electric, water, sewer, trash & internet. The unit is wired for Google Fiber. Tenants are responsible for setting up their own internet account.
