This apartment was great for the first 20 minutes. When my husband and I first started moving in, our complex neighbors watched without offering help and almost called someone to complain that we were pulling stuff onto the grass before hauling it up the two flights of stairs. Upon buying our contract we were promised Internet, we moved in without Internet and without knowing that we did not have Internet we live in Provo and have access to Google fiber but the landlord will not permit it… instead we share Xfinity with all of our neighbors living in the complex making Internet a total of $25 a month a waste of money. There are signs outside of the underground parking saying that if you are parked under ground you need to have a parking permit, this is not enforced, we paid for parking stickers which are on two of our cars but when you look at the neighbors cars none of them have stickers. There is a family living here of 12 or more people they are loud they leave garbage everywhere and use the Internet all day every day and have kids constantly running up and down the stairs and banging on things at all hours of the day and night. Five of our neighbors believe that it is in their best interest to leave their children's dirty diapers on the porch. The porch is also where you will see the majority of your neighbors belongings and trash. And if you ever live here don't bother contacting maintenance or the landlord, they will never get back to you and even if they do they're very rude. One neighbor of ours does not speak any English but will constantly try to confront you speaking whatever language is His only language my husband and I find this a bit concerning as well as the fact that they open their window and door and will watch you when you come outside doing whatever you were doing.
