This complex is not a place you want to live now that it's under new management. The office is incredibly hard to get a hold of as it is not properly staffed. The lady that will get back with you will do it if or when she wants, no matter the circumstances. Not once did she ever return my husbands phone calls. With me on the other hand, I would wait weeks, that was with me calling every other day and when we did talk she was always pushy, rude and didn't care to hear what I had to say. She… always cut me off. The company it self doesn't take good care of their tenants, if there is a problem in your apartment, good luck having anyone coming to fix it let alone take a look at the issue. Their demands are actually ridiculous as well. Why should we have to pay for a professional cleaning that exceeds the deposit? Mind you, if I had come to rent from this place and saw all this in the lease contract then I would know what I would be getting myself into. For my family and I, we started renting from Bay Harbor, at the end of our lease is when the management changed... NIGHTMARE. Slate Canyon (Avenue 5) was not understanding, they weren't helpful and actually made us pay a prorated amount for a few days while the new tenants were living there... I am attending BYU with a small family of a wife and a 7 month old son. I have a few more years left of school and we want more children. We wanted to find a three bedroom apartment that could sustain a bigger family we would have before we left here. Bay Harbor was the obvious choice. Their 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments also include a walk-in closet, full kitchen, pantry, dining room and living room. We have been here for months and are very comfortable, With the apartment office on the… property, it is very easy to get help when we need it and they are swift, willing and professional when they reply.
