Just move in somewhere else

Literally anywhere else would be a better place to live because of the miserable people who run these homes. They couldn't care less about you unless they're piling fines on your back, there's almost zero communication unless again they can fine you for some random thing for $1'000, the parking is non-existent so they tow a lot and they again fine you for that any chance they get. And finally they charge you an abserd amount for a cleaning fee no matter the condition you leave your home in when… you move out. What a lovely place right? Don't give these people your money and maybe when they get fired the new management will be better!
