The best decision I've made when it came to look for a new apartment this year 21 by Urbana is a beautiful building in the heart of Sugarhouse!

I moved in about a week ago and the experience to date has been nothing but exceptional. The management and maintenance teams go above and beyond to ensure your expectations are being met. The building is kept clean daily by a wonderful and friendly cleaning staff and maintenance is very efficient. They are courteous, responsive, and professional,… characteristics that are hard to find in today's rental market. Security is great and I feel safe here with the security measures the building has in place. Amenities are great - hot tub, BBQ grills, large deck/patio area for entertaining, gym, entertaining kitchen. As previously mentioned, 21 by Urbana is located in the heart of Sugarhouse so it is literally in the middle of everything.

I must give a big thank you to Kim who has been so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked through the door, she was very professional and certainly knowledgeable of the brand and product. She sold me. I knew I had to make 21 by Urbana home and that I did! We lived there for almost a year and there were 2 break ins in the first couple of months. I never felt safe there.
The management are thieves. Our shared utilities fluctuated wildly, even 10,000% from one month to the next.
Overall it was the worst living experience we ever had.
There are so many better buildings in the are with better utilities. We wish we would have chosen one of them.
