I would not recommend living here until management fixes the cheaply constructed aspects of the building — AC units being one of them.

Worst place I have ever lived

I’d give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT RENT HERE if you value quiet or responsive service. For how much they charge per unit, what you get doesn’t match.

I’ve lived here since June 2025 and this is the worst combination of poor construction and bad management I’ve experienced.

CONSTANT NOISE: The sound insulation is terrible. You can hear every footstep, conversation, and movement from the unit above. It sounds like constant stomping. I have been emailing management several times throughout my... year here, and I never got a real solution. I have been dealing with poor sleep due to noise disturbances. Their response has been always the same “call courtesy patrol or record the noises” — not helpful when it’s happening at night: LIKELY 12-1 AM.

Common areas: Hallways are regularly left with trash and unsanitary messes. We have trash valet, but people don’t respect the hours or just leave trash out in the halls. The parking lot has reckless driving. Animal waste is left around common areas. Community rules are not enforced at all.

Locks & access: The app/fob-only system is unreliable. We were locked out of our apartment for 4 hours when it failed (on a Friday evening after work). Maintenance was friendly, but took a while to fix it. And management said they have no physical key backup and couldn’t do anything else. Everything runs through an app, and if it glitches, you’re screwed.

Management: Completely unresponsive. Emails get ignored for weeks. When they do reply, it’s not helpful and nothing changes. For how much they charge, the lack of basic support is unacceptable.

If you just want to feel safe and heard in your own apartment, look elsewhere. I’m just counting the days until my lease is up, this isn’t a place I feel safe or supported.

Alta Stone has been wonderful to live at. It's clean and modern, the staff is professional and friendly, and the amenities are exceptional. Couldn't ask for a better living situation and in such a great area.
