One word FEES
While calla ct. does have beautiful energy efficient units, it would be worth your time to look else where. Everything comes at a cost, on top of the already exuberant monthly rental fee. The internet and TV are bundled and paid through your rent, you don’t have a choice. The monthly cost is very high and the service is spotty. There is a processing fee for everything. We attempted to pay through a credit card to at least benefit through miles and that comes with a $60+ fee a month. They don’t... seem to care about you as a tenant, you are strictly a number and $$$ to them. The qualification process is ridiculous. The parking situation isn’t great either. Save yourself some trouble and find another property.
