Elmwoodsucks

Bad management, dirty and run down place with weird neighbors. Do no rent here, not worth your money. Smoke smell is horrendous coming from neighborhs and no rules are enforced.

Place is a dump

Bad management maintenance and high fees. No insulation between floors so it’s really noisy. Old and rundown

My Apartment Rocks

I have the best apartment in the best area with the best management team. Our grounds are spotless and fubeautifully maintained. I am lso happy to live here and be apart of this community. Thank you Elmwood Apartments.
