505 has been my home for a little over two years. Management is one of the best, friendly and courteous, always tries to help you out in any way they can.. The maintenance crew is so phenomenal. The amenities are fabulous & residence are friendly..

Gateway 505 offers a very safe, quiet, restful environment for someone to live. They designed and maintain the amenities with the residents’ needs and satisfaction in mind. The hallways are very well maintained and always nicely scented. It feels a bit paradisiac if not heavenly though I have not been to any of these places. N.B. if needed, publish my name as Art though I chose ‘No’ for the last question below.

BEST APARTMENTS IN SLC
Gateway 505 is in a great location that is super convenient to downtown Salt Lake City. The amenities, particularly the heated pool, are very nice, and compared to other similar apartment communities. Staff is nice and Bilingual.
