Amazing property & management

I have lived here for 10 months and have been extremely pleased with the consistency of excellence service, both from the management staff and the service team. My tour prior to moving in was with Quinn the property manager and he was beyond thorough when explaining the property, different types of units, and their features, as well as being extremely transparent about the additional costs for amenities and services. I enjoy every interaction with the staff. I interact with Mazie, Quinn & Keith... often and they treat me more like a friendly neighbor, rather then a tennant. Mazie and Quinn know my dogs by name and love seeing them.
The units are spacious and well designed. My unit is on the top floor with extra tall ceilings and it truely feels like luxury.
The mantanance staff is attentive and quick to respond to service calls. They even helped me clean my ceiling fans!!
This property is well suited for pets as there is a large city park connected to the property through an attached, secure gate which is a major selling point when considering apartment living in a big metro area with animals.
Having the grocery mart on the property has been a huge convenience. I love the organic milk options and wide selection of hostess products!!
Highly recommend!!

Shower clogged

We were having an issue with the shower not draining properly, but Cort came and helped us. He was very kind, and it was excellent service.

Love living here at Harmony 3900! The staff here is terrific! Grounds are fairly well kept, given how the community is pet friendly. The maintenance crew is spectacular at what they do!

Towing and parking issues

When I moved in I believe a temp was the person who met with me. She told me until I received a parking spot I could park in guest parking, she pointed at uncovered empty spots near the office. She then showed me on a map the same parking spots. I parked there and my car was towed. I now owe 375.00 in towing fees that they refuse to help pay even though one of their employees told me to park there.

Harmony3900 has been a wonderful community to live in. It’s in the perfect location for lots of restaurants and grocery and convenience shopping. Applying and the loving in process was super quick and manageable, the leasing staff was very helpful for the whole duration of the application process. I’ve been living here almost a month now and have absolutely loved it.
