Dont bother scheduling a tour

We scheduled a tour online and they told us that that dont give tours after 4:30. It let us schedule for 5:00 on their website. We got here at 4:45 and they were not flexible at all.

Terrible Incompetence

This place was awful. They overcharge ridiculous fees when moving out even if the place was already damaged before moving in. They rented two places out from under me after taking my deposit and almost left me and my kids homeless. The apartment was terribly water damaged and poorly maintained when we moved in and maintenance often just wouldn’t show up to fix things after requests were made. I ended up getting charged for things I couldn’t get maintenance to come fix. Theft is a huge problem… and they won’t install security of any sort. Walls are paper thin and we had black mold in our bathroom. Don’t move here.

Amazing Staff

To make a long story short, when my wife and I felt slighted and neglected, the staff of Hunter's Woods rose up and helped us feel better about our choice to move here. Now, I have no regrets. I'm glad that we're here.

The experience taught me that Hunter's Woods will do everything in its power to ...
a.) befriend their residents
b.) demonstrate loyalty to their residents
c.) make sure that their residents can feel like this apartment complex is their home.

I wanted to give special mentions… to Kathy and Skyler, who dealt with me when I was at my most vulnerable and managed to be excellent examples of how to handle customer care. They will be your friends if you let them.

hunter wood apartment

it a big apartment. they are very good with fixing repair. the rent is about the same price of other apartment. would say the office staff is the best. has a pool and a gym. it been a fun place to live. bus stop so close you can walk right in front of the apartment.

Hunters Woods

These apartments are very spacious with decent storage. Great locatuon, Very close to freeway and shopping. Has a decent pool and hot tub, open year round. Wood burning fire place is also nice. One down side, the kitchen is small and not as much storage as I would like.
