Homeless roam around sometimes in the building, random fees, no mercy with late fees or towing, gym equipment maintenance is sub par, concerns for your problems from management is non existent.

The Gates & Garage doors are always broken there4 homeless people are always seeking shelter to use their drugs in the stairwell & parking garage. The hot tub has been broke all summer still waiting for it to be fixed. The homeless sleep in the stairwells & garage. You’ll find burnt tinfoil with heroine on it as well as used syringes.

Each apartment is only allowed one parking space and there is essentially no other parking available around the apartment other than the 10 guest spots out front which isn't nearly enough for the 300+ apartments there.

Property management is more concerned with leaving the gates open at night for the tow company to enter than they are keeping the place safe. Don't be surprised to find homeless men sleeping in the stairwell or the garbage dumpster. There is not enough parking for the number of residents so you may have to park on Redwood Rd. It is not worth the high cost of rent.

i can’t get over how friendly the staff is and how much they care about their renters. you can tell they put their people first. this complex is so homey, clean and secure. the gym, pool area and community center is the icing on the cake! 10/10 highly recommend:)
