Irving Heights Apartments

Construction next door by same owners has been going on all year. The mornings, at least on the East facing side with views, are punctuated with very loud dumpster clearing at 5am and now the evenings are full of the sounds of teenagers skateboarding on some ramp thing. During the summer they would retreat over the wall surrounding our pool throughout most days to refresh themselves in packs. Paid parking is available and necessary under the solar panels but don’t provide adequate protection... from weather. This morning was the last straw( Continuously breaking heating system for whole building, freezing cold again, Heating pipes bang all night, broken AC last June for 3 weeks, Dryers dont work, employees enter without permission leaving gum wrappers on couch in front of tv) I never write negative reviews but these guys are bad. Started the weekend Saturday morning by walking out to my car( in the apartment parking lot) and my car was gone. I was about to call police but decided to check with... manager to see if my car could have been towed by the apartment towing company Down Town Towing (aka Slick Rock). I check every day to make sure i have my parking pass displayed because 2 years ago( also Irving heights apt) i had a rental for one day that was towed because I forgot to switch the parking pass( my fault, cost me $400.00). This time I asked apt manager if my car was towed she had no idea and no Idea who tows for Iriving Height apts and its not her problem i should settle with the towing company, she finally found a number and business name for Down Town towing. I am convinced the towing company pulls parking passes if cars are left unlocked so they can tow the car. We are moving out of here and Definitely will never rent from any apartments that use Down Town Towing (Sllick Rock towing), and apts that have one large old heating and AC system for hundreds of tenants that only gets maintained after if breaks!!
