I absolutely love living here! The community is truly amazing, and the office staff goes above and beyond every single time. They always greet me with a big smile and make me feel so comfortable and welcome. It really makes a difference to feel valued as a resident.

The studio apartments are super spacious and very well maintained. Everything is clean, modern, and thoughtfully cared for. The atmosphere here is incredible — it feels vibrant, safe, and inviting.

And the 13th floor? To die for!... The views and overall vibe make it my favorite spot in the building.

Last night’s Halloween event was absolutely amazing! The decorations, music, and overall atmosphere were perfect — you could tell how much effort went into making it such a fun and memorable evening. Everything was so well organized, and everyone seemed to be having a great time. A huge thank you to the manager Alehi for going above and beyond to make the event such a success. Truly one of the best community events I’ve attended — can’t wait for the next one!

Lattice apartments is a hiding yam, the moment we walked in, the place feels super welcome, clean, the studios are super spacious the open concept is perfect for my daughter.
Tia and Alehi made us feel so welcome.
