How Is This Rating Determined?

Terrible building, terrible management

Regular homeless drug addicts in the building. Noisy from neighbors and the street. Smell of cigarettes and marijuana in building regularly. Center air had to run all day on a hot day and the indoor temperature was still over 80 degrees. Non-responsive property management (Core Communities). They lie and don't respond to maintenance requests. Worst place I have ever lived and I have been renting for 20 years.

Do not move here!

Only been here for a month and went my first over a week with no AC (record high heat) and couldn’t get anyone to respond then the building didn’t have hot water for a week and the other day I got a text that the gas was shut off for a bit due to a small gas leak. The parking is not great but there are a limit amount of spots you can pay to park in. Getting anything delivered is a nightmare so definitely have to go pick it up at an Amazon or ups locker. The other tenants are respectful and... pretty quiet so I can say that’s a plus.
