Do NOT move here if you care about your family
The price and headache for this paper house are absolutely not worth it. Take the hint — do NOT MOVE INTO ANY OF THESE PROPERTIES. There’s a reason they’ve had YEARS OF TERRIBLE REVIEWS. Read them and you’ll see the same pattern repeated again and again. Their responses are the same generic lines — they BLAME CUSTOMERS AND TAKE NO REAL RESPONSIBILITY. It is clear their apologies and words are empty, as everyone is still dealing with the same issues.
The staff and maintenance crew are... unprofessional, and communication is practically nonexistent. You’ll deal with delays, excuses, and their useless AI call system that wastes your time instead of helping. It feels like their entire goal is to avoid dealing with residents — the less human interaction, the better.
Work orders are constantly pushed off. When we first moved in, maintenance would come by almost daily; now they only show up on Mondays and Thursdays — a clear sign of how far their service has declined. You wait weeks for basic fixes, sometimes they show up unannounced, and other times not at all.
Since moving in, we’ve dealt with mold, a leaky roof and first-floor ceiling, a broken garage door, a garbage disposal that failed, a washer and dryer that had to be replaced, and a broken A/C unit that the maintenance man literally told us not to run — except in summer.
They come across as untrustworthy, deflecting, and make you feel like you’re a waste of time. Honestly, they make it hard to even want to put in a work order just to deal with these people.
Save yourself time and stress — look elsewhere.
