Apartment Unavailable at Move-In Date

Avoid at all costs! All parties signed the lease and I was moving from out of state. The leasing office called me at 10am on my move-in date to inform me my apartment was not ready to be occupied. I was left in a very bad position. No apartment to move-in to, no place to stay, and they wanted to charge me more for a different unit! Not acceptable. Do NOT let this be you. Find another complex in the area NOT managed by cottonwood residential.
