Disgusting and Embarassing

Hear my warning now! DO NOT MOVE HERE! This is the worst-run apartment I have ever witnessed. The staff are extremely rude, lazy, and condescending, and often never around during actual office hours (this mostly applies to one staff member in particular). Personal maintenance requests go ignored for months, even with consistently contacting management. I just walked up to the 5th floor, and the entire back hallway smelled so bad of animal pee that I started gagging. Reading the comments in our... Facebook group, apparently, it has smelled like that for months. There is no way that is safe to be inhaling. Upon moving in, we were told the pool would be open year-round and heated. They decided to just close it except for SOME of spring and summer, and they will no longer be heating it. They had the hot tub closed for weeks for “maintenance” and just reopened it a couple of days ago. The entire tub is covered in green mold and algae. If someone gets sick, I hope they sue and win! I feel completely lied to about moving into this place. Even the small things are the building gets totally ignored. We had a trash can that was overflowing in our garage for weeks, and instead of emptying it, they just took away the trash altogether. Oh, and the garage doors are not only always broken, leaving the doors wide open and allowing people to come in and rob our cars, but it is also extremely dangerous to drive through. They won’t even add mirrors around corners or on the outside so you can see pedestrians. The walls look like a frat house, with paint and wallpaper falling off, destroyed wall art, disgusting and NEVER cleaned carpets. I cannot reiterate enough, DO NOT move into this trash hole. Whoever owns and the one who runs this building should be totally ashamed of themselves. Embarrassing. Anyone writing reviews saying "the issues have not been fixed" is either lying, no longer lives here, or is just management with fake accounts.

Stunning building and incredible staff!

The new office, housekeeping and maintenance staff are going to make you feel seen, validated, and you will have your wants and concerns acknowledged and any issues will be addressed in a timely manner! All the staff is truly super inclusive and chill, you will not find a more dedicated and collaborative team, who cares about making every resident feel welcome. Please stop by for a tour, grab a drink and see and feel the difference the moment you step into the lobby—there’s no place quite like... Seven02, because the staff is absolutely an incredible bunch of beautiful souls and the building is simply stunning!

Nothing like what it used to be

The building itself was great the first year. Fast forward a year and a half and it's a homeless shelter with rotting hot water tanks. We even have a facebook page for residents because of how bad it is. Someone was assaulted on the roof by a homeless man. They're constantly stealing packages and stealing from the grocery shop. Management changes like every couple month to a new burger flipper. Really the WORST

Luxury Garbage

In the past 6 months this place has gone downhill. There’s homeless everywhere, hallways littered, dog crap sitting everywhere not picked up. Not only that at move out they charged a bunch of fees even though we gave the apartment back in the same condition. The ppl in the front office are almost never there so when you have an issue there’s no one to talk to and maintenance orders take months to fix. I wouldn’t recommend elsewhere there’s a lot better trust me

Nice place to live

Great amenities, great staff, a little expensive such as the media package and 85 parking However I’ve paid more downtown so still affordable. Overall love my place and my dog does too!
