Sugar House Apartments By Urbana

We love living here! For many reasons:

1. The location can't be beat. I get by sharing a car with my husband because you can walk anywhere—to the grocery store, bars, restaurants, and tons of shopping across the street. Highway access is around the corner so you can get the the mountains fast, and you're also right on the 1300 E bus route that brings you downtown. It's located in one of SLC's best neighborhoods.

2. The living space and amenities are top notch. Our 4th floor, 2bd/2bt apartment... has an open layout and is extremely spacious. Granite countertops, SS appliances, huge bedrooms, and AMAZING views of the mountains and downtown from all windows. I use the free gym (with treadmills, ellipticals, weight bench, and weights) everyday which saves me a gym membership. The keyless entry, gated parking, storage rooms for rent, hot tub, and communal grill area are all great features.

3. The staff are extremely flexible and helpful. I rented this place without seeing it when I still lived in Chicago, and the leasing manager was so quick to send me updated photos and get all the paperwork squared away within the two weeks before I needed to move in. I've had minor maintenance issues (dropped a glass in the disposal, had a blind fall off a window) and the maintenance team has always fixed it within a day. Special shoutout to Marlene! My husband and I have been on the house hunt, and needed to extend our lease but didn't know exactly for how long, and Marlene has been so flexible with our needs and even helped find a new renter that would align with our timing so we don't have to pay for the place when we've already moved.
