This was honestly one of the worst leasing experiences I've ever had. The management was incredibly unresponsive, and getting any issue resolved felt impossible. I reached out multiple times about my referral credit, but the manager either ignored my emails or refused to help. I kept following up, and all I got was silence. It's frustrating when they make promises but don't follow through. On top of that, my security deposit still hasn't been returned, and I've had to keep chasing them for... answers. The lack of communication and accountability is unbelievable.
