Southgate Apartments is an apartment community in Sandy, UT
We moved into our apartments called Southgate apartments and we loved them. The lady in the office is very nice and she helps you out in any way that she can. She has given us a break on rent because we have struggled a couple times. The apartments are very well kept on the insides and outsides. The pool area is very nice and clean. The workout room is a little small but it's better then nothing. We would recommend this apartment place to anyone.

Southgate Apartments has impeccable grounds, a perfect pool and a small, but just enough work out room. The staff has been there for years and knows everyone by name ! It is centrally located to great shopping, metro and minutes to downtown Salt Lake City. I call it home now for almost 13 years. It must be great !!!

This community is good!
I recently visited this community and I have no complaints except that the location is too far for me to live at. The one bedroom apartment that I looked at was very clean and very cute! I think that these apartments are wonderful...just not for me.
