I’ve lived at The Orchard since the beginning of the community, and when I first signed my lease I planned to stay just one year and then move closer to my kids’ school downtown. I’ve had such a great experience here that there was no hesitation when my lease ended. I renewed right away and even chose the longest lease option available.
Maintenance has been excellent. For non-emergency requests, they’ve consistently been out within 24 hours and I’ve never had to follow up. Every person I’ve... interacted with has gone above and beyond. The Orchard truly feels like home for me and my kids.

Living in this community, The Orchard, has been a pleasure for us. We are older and typically own the home we live in but our business takes us to different cities and we are so happy to have landed here. We enjoy our neighbors, we love that the community is dog-friendly and we appreciate that our neighbors keep a clean environment by picking up after their pets. We also appreciate the kind staff and particularly Briggs, the maintenance manager. We love living here and we love our home at The... Orchard.

LOVE
My husband and I are newlyweds and we absolutely love living at the Orchard. We were on a waitlist last winter to get one of the homes. We’ve been here for 6 months. The office staff and maintenance guy are TOP TIER! Very clean and happy property. We will be here for awhile!
