My honest two year review.

We love it here. Neighborhood is relatively quiet, and people are nice snac friendly. People clean up after their pets which is amazing. Management is great and quick to respond. Maintenance has always been on top of finishing repairs timely and easy to work with

Quiet and safe place

These townhomes are great. Safe quiet and well kept. My particular floor plan does not have a down stairs bathroom which has been an inconvenience but not a deal breaker.

I’ve been at the orchard for almost 2 years now and absolutely love it. Have had no issues living year, the townhomes are super spacious, appliances are great, people are respectful. Would recommend to anyone this is a great place to live
