We are a house of working professionals ( construction, finance ) looking for roommates.
The house has fruit trees, and a fire pit and is on a corner lot - the yard is big. The house is a 3-story home, and each story has a sitting area for couches/TV.
We are not often home,
usually out of the house by 8am and back around 8pm. It is a very quiet family neighborhood street, and we have loved living here.

Utilities are split amongst the roommates and tend to be $95-$130/month... Wifi is included in this!
