I’ve honestly had such a great experience at Calypso Townhomes so far. The move-in process was super smooth, and Davis was amazing to work with. He was really helpful and great communication the whole time.
Everything is really clean and feels brand new, and the amenities are incredible. Seriously the best part of living here. I also love how organized everything is with the apps and email updates, which makes life easier.
The location is perfect too. Overall, I’ve been really impressed and... happy living here.

We got a new manager in February and thing have been going great! The office staff is amazing and they always are quick to respond to any needs or concerns.

Pretty bad experience.
Management is terrible and does not do their jobs. They are charging us $500 more in rent than what it says online. With there also being a mouse problem. Goodluck!!!

Be away from this place !!!
This place has a mice infestation! This problem is impossible to resolve with baits outside the complex because the mice’s are already inside the house it’s inside the walls ! Avoid you a big problem !!!
