I looooove my new home! The smart home features are so convenient to have. The team is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. I love the proximity to parks/trails for my dog and restaurants as well. Highly, highly recommend this place if you’re looking in South Jordan!

We recently moved into our new townhome at RISE Residential, and the entire experience has been excellent from start to finish. The leasing and move-in process was incredibly smooth, quick, and stress-free. The leasing team was amazing — very professional, responsive, and helpful throughout every step. Communication was clear and timely, and all the lease documents were explained well, making the signing process easy and convenient.
One thing that really stood out was all the great perks the... company offers to residents. It truly made us feel welcomed and valued from day one. The rental rate is also very reasonable for the location, especially considering these are townhomes. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
Overall, we’ve had a wonderful move-in experience and are very happy with our decision to call Rise home. Yana S

We have lived in numerous apartments in San Francisco. This was our first experience renting here in Utah. The Rise Management Team made the application process and move in experience incredible. We have never worked with a better management team anywhere in the country. Moving is an extremely stressful process and we had numerous deadlines we had to meet in selling our home. Rise accomodated everyone of our requests. They went above and beyond anything we expected. Our greatest customer... support during this transitional time came from our BMW dealers and Rise Apartments. That is saying quite a bit if you understand the level of service BMW provides. We can honestly say this is the best experience we have had with an apartment in the 35 years we have been living in apartments across the country. All we can say is Thank You!

To the helpful employees through the easy online process. If you are moving from out of state it was very great process. Every question was answered in a professional welcoming manner. Also, this is an area that is a quick drive to any place you would need to go.

I had a great experience moving in at Rise Townhomes. The space was incredibly clean and well cared for, which immediately made it feel comfortable and relaxing. The layout is perfect and had everything I need. The location is also a huge plus, close to everything while still feeling quiet and convenient. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept place in a great spot.
