This apartment is located immediately behind Walmart, which makes it very convenient even for those who do not have a vehicle. There is access to the apartment pool during the summer, and the grounds are fairly well maintained. Our only complaints relate to the layout and construction of the units; the construction is definitely on the cheap side (large weather gaps in the doorway, poor insulation, et cetera) and the fact that when you open the front door you can see straight into the master... bedroom (if someone left the bedroom door open) makes for a slightly less private experience when a stranger knocks on your door. The management is very engaged and reasonable, the maintenance people are skilled and efficient, and the rent is decent. We've been here 5 years now and intend to stay for a few more. Read More
