Filthy and Unmanageable

Its like living in an apartment in New York. It's filthy until you walk into your apartment. Do poop everywhere on side walk. Mail room looks like a flee market. The hallways covered in dirt and dog fur. They allow cars to park in motorcycle only parking zones, so dont try to own a motorcycle. Dont even think about asking for appliance fix, its a hassle to them and usually wont address right away. The apartment itself is a nice layout.
Been renting for 2 years... recently have a neighbor that...
continuously disrupts the peace. Presented to Aspire management and their solution was to have me move into another apartment in the complex. Im not the one breaking the peace?

***Dont rent here unless you are desperate.***

I would like to sincerely recommend the Aspire apartment community to anyone searching for a rental home. As many people know, the rental approval process often requires time and patience. When I was looking for housing elsewhere, I waited two weeks for approval and still never received a response — until I discovered Aspire.

The moment I saw the apartment, it immediately became the best option among all the places I had viewed. After submitting my application, I received approval the very next...
day. I was free to move in at any time afterward, and as a result, I moved in just three days after applying.

There are many wonderful advantages here. My application and administrative fees were refunded. I was specifically looking for a short-term lease, and Aspire offers a minimum lease of seven months, while most other complexes require at least twelve. Additionally, the first two months of my lease were rent-free — I only paid for utilities.

In my opinion, there are absolutely no disadvantages. It is surprising to see occasional complaints, because my experience has been only positive. I truly believe that those who complain will be unhappy anywhere. Here, I feel comfortable, safe, and truly at home.

The staff members are exceptionally polite. Savannah and Charlie at the front desk are always friendly, respectful, and pleasant to talk to. They are ready to help with any question at any time. If anything needs attention, maintenance specialists arrive very quickly and resolve issues within minutes. I would especially like to thank Scott, who is tactful, patient, highly skilled, and always fixes any problem immediately.

As anyone with pets knows, it can be difficult to find housing that allows animals — but Aspire is proudly pet-friendly, which was a significant advantage for me.

I live in an apartment with a beautiful view. My windows face north, which helps reduce electricity usage. In the summer, the air conditioning works less frequently, and in the cold season, the apartment retains warmth for a long time.

I also rent a garage for additional storage, and it is much more affordable than renting a storage unit of the same size elsewhere.

For some people, the lack of elevators in the three-story buildings may seem like a drawback. I live on the third floor, but for me, it is not a disadvantage — it is an extra bit of daily exercise, especially on days when I cannot make it to the gym. living at aspire over the last few years has been wonderful. The property is always well kept, clean, family oriented, and very peaceful. Everyone in the leasing office, management, have always been so helpful and kind. I want to thank Charlie and Savannah for the help and support they’ve shown me.
