A total cluster!!!
They won’t tell you anything. They won’t commit to anything. “I’ll call you back in a day” means, “I might call you in a week, maybe”. You won’t know when you’re moving in, if you’re moving in, or what the rent + additional costs will be. It’s not like a regular apartment leasing office where they are excited to have you as a new tenant. You should be so lucky to be treated like an annoyance instead of someone bringing them income and paying their paychecks. Nothing about this place is... professional. Pretty pictures can’t make up for a disorganized mess.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
Nothing but problems I haven’t even moved in yet. They changed the move in date 3 times. This has cost me add’l money I don’t have. I called them to see if they can compensate in any way and they say “sorry out of our hands”. They don’t care!
